Refund Policy

Payment for editorial services covers the time, expertise, and work already performed. As such, refunds are generally not available once work has begun.

• If a client cancels before any work has started, a full refund will be issued.

• If only a portion of the project has been completed, a partial refund may be considered, based on the work delivered up to that point.

• Once a project is fully delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Every effort will be made to ensure client satisfaction, including reasonable revisions within the agreed scope.
