Accessibility Statement
This statement was last updated in 2025.
The GalitDotan.com website is committed to equal rights and accessible services for all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Equal Rights for People with Disabilities Law, 1998, and the Digital Services Accessibility Regulations, 2013.
What is accessibility?
An accessible website allows visitors with disabilities to browse it with the same or similar comfort and enjoyment as other visitors. This is achieved thanks to the capabilities of the system on which the website operates and through assistive technologies.
התאמות נגישות באתר זה
We take a WCAG 2.1 level AA approach, as detailed in the W3C guidelines, and adhere to PDF/UA principles for PDF documents. In addition, we use iAisrael’s “How to Write an Accessibility Statement” guide to ensure full coverage of accessibility elements.
The measures taken
Accessibility button: Adding a comprehensive accessibility button, which combines as many types of accommodations as possible.
Alternative text: All images and icons have ALT descriptions that match their purpose.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, there may be temporary restrictions as follows:
Some images may have been missed and therefore will not contain alt text.
Dynamic JavaScript elements may present accessibility challenges for some users.
We are still testing the various services that provide accessibility buttons, so there may be unexpected glitches.
We are working to fix the limitations in the next updates and provide accessible alternatives upon request.
Feedback and contact
We would be happy to receive feedback on accessibility issues or requests at the email address galit@galitdotan.com.
